To shine in this exciting stage, students will work to embrace proper spine alignment, build ankle strength, master foot pointing techniques, and maintain turnout from the hips. In our pre-pointe classes, you'll dive into invigorating demi pointe exercises that will strengthen your calf muscles, ankles, and arches. Emotional maturity is key to tackling the hard work and dedication that the pre-pointe class requires. With all of this though, you'll be fully prepared to embark on your pointe journey and shine like never before!
